2006-current Tmura Antidiscrimination Legal Center: Director (voluntarily)
Head Litigator and Strategic Manager of cases brought before all court levels, whereby unprecedented tort law claims were used to eliminate and compensate for gender and ethnic/national origin based discrimination and human rights violations. The work also included leading and mentoring of two lawyers, one

intern, a spokeswoman and 10 volunteering law students. Fundraising was an inherent function of my role as the NGO’s co-chair.

2008 – current Member, World Justice Project Forum. The forum has been founded at Vienna, July 2008, and is an international multidisciplinary initiative of the ABA and the UN, aimed at strengthening the rule of law worldwide.
Positions and Public Activities (selected):
2002 – 2004 Board member, “Itach” – Women Lawyers for Social Justice. The organization aims to create social change by using the law to address the needs and rights of women from the social, economic and geographic periphery of Israel. Itach aspires to increase access to the law, legal knowledge and tools among the population of disenfranchised women.
2003 – 2006 Co-founder and co-chair, “Noga Center” – The Legal Center for Crime Victims. The center used both advocacy and public lobbing methods in order to improve the legal and social status of crime victims, who are normally abscent of the right discourse.
2006 – present Co-founder and chair, “Tmura Antidiscrimination Legal Center”. The center uses both tort law litigation and public lobbing methods in order to fight against various shapes of discrimination and human rights violations in Israel, especially those based on identity features, such as gender, nationality, ethnicity etc.
2006 – present Board Member, The New Israeli Fund. The fund advances civil rights and social justice for all Israelis. Chair, Social Justice Committee.
2009 Member, Parliamentary Committee for Women’s Status, chaired by h”k Gila Gamliel.
2010 Member, Parliamentary Committee for Reevaluating Sexual Harassment Act, chaired by h”k Orit Zuaretz.
2011 Member, Legal Committee, the Yona-Spivac Initiative.
